Senior Technical Artist

Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in gamedev, is looking for an experienced Technical Artist  for one of our clients, an international game developer with HQ in Istanbul. The company was founded by gamers who wanted to devote their minds and souls to something big, innovative, and fun. Their games are driven by narrative or art and designed with innovative gameplay elements that would feel familiar but also so new. 

Perspective for Technical Artist – fast growth to the Lead role to build and manage a team of Tech Artists.

Project team – 26 people

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Integrating Game Assets Into Game from UI to VFX’s

• Make Game Assets even look better with Shaders, Particles, Animations

• Managing and communicating Outsourcing agencies to make sure VFX’s, UI etc pipelines are running healthy.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• At least 3 or 4 years of experience as a Technical Artist (Unity)

• Unity Shaders. Experience in writing shaders from the scratch or developing and changing existing ones

• Particle System experience in meaning of effects simulations

• Experience with game asset integration

• Know how about game feeling fundamentals. Previous experience at Match-3 gaming companies will be a plus

• Artistic Perspective. Passionate to make games even look better therefore understanding of art

• Great English knowledge for effective communication with the team

• Management experience will be a plus.
