About project

Our project is a BAFTA-winning, independent game developer with a reputation for innovation in both storytelling and VR.

The team already released a number of successful titles and is best known for the critically acclaimed PS4 hit Until Dawn. There was recently announced The Dark Pictures Anthology — a series of stand-alone, horror games for PS4, Xbox, and PC.

With a passion to deliver experiences such as high-end interactive drama and immersive VR, the team is carving a unique and exciting path in the games industry.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

- Manages the development and delivery of games on-schedule and with desired functionality;

- Recognizes deviations from complex practices / information and takes appropriate next steps;

- Manages employees who perform similar or related tasks, has direct and indirect reports;

- Responsible for developing product development schedule;

- Creates and maintains product documentation;

- Manages regular product reviews and prioritizes feedback from the Company Head;

- Manages the improvement of the overall production process to increase levels of efficiency, quality of work.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

- Experience in the game industry, including 2+ years as Producer or 3+ as Project Manager (AAA title projects);

- Experience managing a team of 10+ peoples (programmers, artists, animators, designers, testers);

- Extremely strong project management skills - Scrum methodology;

- Experience with scheduling and project tracking software;

- Experience with jira;

- Working understanding of the function and relationship between different departments of game development;

- Deep understanding of game development processes and pipelines;

- Upper Intermediate English is highly required.
