Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Oversee the timely delivery of milestones and ensure high-quality user experience for all products across the board: games, websites, and marketing-related.

• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams of artists, designers, programmers, and testers.

• Ensure each team member is aware of current goals and priorities, understands their contribution to them, and has all the information they need to complete their tasks successfully.

• Track project progress and report to stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks related to delivery milestones.

• Drive continuous improvement in product development processes. Identify issues and bottlenecks and work on eliminating them as well as general delivery improvements.

• Participate in the hiring process whenever required, help to onboard and integrate new members into the team.

• Manage outsourcing and other external partnerships to achieve studio goals, own outsourcing database development, initial outreach, and coordination with internal teams.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in game development, tech, or entertainment industries.

• 1+ years of hands-on involvement in game development or a strong background in gaming.

• Experience with project management methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and so on, and know how to take the best from them.

• Experience with a fully remote, distributed production team.

• Fluent English and strong communication skills both written and spoken. The language of communication in the team and documentation is English. There are employees from the UK, EU, and USA.

• Experience in game LiveOps, adept at coordinating timely updates across multiple platforms.

• Experience as a Project Manager/Game Producer specializing in Free-to-Play (F2P) mobile games

• Experience with building ARPG games
