Garena - is an international online game developer and publisher. Our portfolio of published games includes such well-known titles as League of Legends, Call of Duty Mobile, Arena of Valor. We always strive to bring new and exciting experiences to our players, so at this point, we are strengthening our CIS publishing team and looking for a Customer Service (Player Support) Specialist to support players of our ambitious mobile games.

Nad czym pracować?
  • Platformy : PC, Mobile, iOS, Android
Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
  • Support customers (mobile game players) by providing helpful information and troubleshooting assistance for all issues via a ticket support system

  • Report found bugs/issues to developers, QA, or related departments

  • Help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features

  • Monitor and generate regular reports to upper management for relevant metrics

  • Ad hoc tasks including but not limited to quality assurance, localization, and community engagement support

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field is preferred

  • Able to work overtime, shift work

  • Knowledge and skill in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail

  • Good in Russian and English language
