Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
1. Analysis and Optimization of Game Economy:
- Collaborating with game designers to analyze and balance the in-game economy, including tokens and NFTs.
- Monitoring and controlling the stability of the economic model, preventing crises related to token price fluctuations and in-game assets.
2. Player Lifetime Value (LTV) Analysis:
- Identifying and analyzing player lifetime value (LTV), optimizing monetization and user retention.
- Supporting financial forecasts and strategies based on LTV and player engagement data.
3. Cohort Analysis and Player Retention:
- Conducting cohort analysis to identify key factors influencing retention and conversion.
- Segmenting the audience and analyzing the most important mechanics for each player segment.
- Developing strategies to minimize player churn through predictive analysis.
4. Marketing Metrics Analysis (CAC and ROI):
- Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing customer acquisition costs (CAC) and return on investment (ROI).
- Supporting the marketing department by providing analytical insights to optimize costs and improve the quality of acquired traffic.
5. Implementation and Support of End-to-End Analytics:
- Developing and implementing end-to-end analytics processes to track user journeys from acquisition to monetization fully.
- Implementing and supporting systems to track and account for all key in-game metrics, eliminating data gaps, and improving analytics accuracy.
6. Support for the Marketing Department:
- Assisting in the development of targeting and segmentation strategies to improve conversion from advertisements.
- Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to improve the quality of acquired traffic and increase the return on marketing efforts.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
- At least 3-5 years of experience in mobile game analytics, with a focus on F2P.
- Education: Higher education in economics, mathematics, statistics, finance, or related fields.
- Data skills: Deep understanding and experience with analytical tools (SQL, Python, etc.), as well as data visualization platforms.
- Knowledge of the gaming industry: Understanding of game economy principles, monetization mechanics, as well as the specifics of P2E and NFT.
- Financial literacy: Experience working with financial models, understanding cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technologies.
- Cohort analysis and modeling: Ability to conduct complex cohort analyses and develop predictive models.
- Communication skills: Ability to effectively interact with various teams (product, marketing, finance), providing clear and actionable analytical reports.
- Independence and proactivity: Ability to work in conditions of high uncertainty and changing requirements.
