We’re looking for a full-time Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team and help drive data-driven decision-making for our marketing efforts. If you have a passion for analytics, digital marketing, and gaming, this role is for you!
Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
- Extract and analyze marketing data from various sources, including ad platforms, web analytics.
- Clean, process, and transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain marketing databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Use statistical tools to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Assess the impact of marketing initiatives on user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Present findings to senior management, providing strategic insights for marketing decisions.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
– Strong Analytical Skills – 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or business intelligence. Technical Expertise
– Experience with SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.), and knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and data modeling. Marketing Knowledge
– Understanding of digital marketing, UA (User Acquisition), retention metrics, and campaign performance analysis. Experience in the Gaming Industry (a plus)
– Familiarity with gaming user behavior, monetization models, and marketing strategies in the gaming sector. Collaboration & Communication
– Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations. Predictive Analytics
– Experience in creating predictive models for marketing performance. Business Stakeholder Engagement
– Proven ability to work closely with marketing teams and leadership to clarify needs and prioritize projects. Educational Background
– Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related).
– Russian language.
– English Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills. (nice to have)
