Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

Responsibilities:

 - Creation and representation of a unique style, art from scratch in all aspects (interface, city map, scenes, characters, effects, etc.);

 - Building a team according to project tasks (5-6 members);

 - Cooperation with outsource teams in different directions;

 - Mentoring, teaching artists from the team;

 - Estimation and distribution of tasks among artists, animators;

 - Providing and getting feedback;

 - Sticking to deadlines;

 - Cooperation with the development team on the early stages of project, feature and interface planning;

 - Maintaining guidelines and documentation on project art.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

Requirements:

 - 3+ years of work experience as 2D artist

 - Experience in leading an art team

 - Understanding of the key features of art creation for casual games

 - Sense of style, artistic taste, ability to draw in different styles and techniques;

 - Understanding of game creation processes (estimation, task setting and keeping track of them, cooperation with other departments, etc.);

 - Deep knowledge of graphic design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.;

 - Work experience with Jira, Asana;

 - Work experience with UI, understanding in animation work;

 - Strong communication skills, leader features, ability to find an approach to every member of the team;

 - Portfolio is a must.

Will be a plus:

- Work experience with 3D graphic;

 - Work experience with VFX;

- Classic artistic skills.
