Reporting to the Managing Director in Ukraine Paul Huetz and working closely with the Head of People Operations in New York, you will be the main admin employee in our new Ukraine office, and your key role will be to attract and retain very talented people.

Recruiting
— Search for candidates for our open vacancies
— Conduct initial talks with candidates
— Organize interviews and tests
— Search data about the market
-Maintain database of potential candidates

HR
— Ensure Tilting Point policies and standards are followed
— Monitor employees satisfaction and propose ways to improve it
— Organize events and trainings
— Be the contact point with accounting firm for payroll services

Office Management:
— Help employees or visitors with travel arrangement
— Buy needed equipment and supplies for the office (when we move to permanent office)
— Ensure office stays clean, tidy and comfy

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

— Fluent english
— 1 year experience in HR/Recruiting or Office Management
— Open and energetic personality
— Strong communication

— Attention to details and self discipline

— Experience in gaming industry
