Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

Frogwares is looking for a Producer to join the dynamic team for its upcoming titles. Our expert team creates games that are highly praised by millions of players, as well as industry experts all over the world.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and motivation to team members, ensuring that goals and deadlines of agreed quality are achieved.

• Communicate with all production members, providing visibility on project status, risks, and opportunities.

• Identify, communicate, and resolve any risks that may prevent the team from completing any deadlines to production leadership and team leads

• Schedule and attend meetings; set agendas; plan tasks; take concise and comprehensive notes and distribute them to appropriate personnel

• Work with team leads to develop efficient work methods and pipelines.

• Provide mentorship for junior staff on improved production practices.

• Compile and send out regular reports on team progress and accomplishments.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Experience in a production role/or as a video game producer

• Worked on a full project life cycle and shipped at least 1 game

• Knowledge of software development process, project management, and production processes

• Strong understanding of the game development process and video games

• Knowledge of the latest AAA games and vast gaming experience

• Expert in project management methodologies with previous Scrum Master, and Kanban experience

• Skilled in risk assessment, management, and scheduling.

• Can drive direction to completion in a timely manner, despite having no direct authority and multiple departmental dependencies

• Able to communicate effectively with programming, art, design, audio, and QA personnel

• Comfortable interacting and updating concisely with leads and directors

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Experience tracking complex projects

Co jest dla nas ważne w człowieku?

Must to have:

• 2+ years of similar position

• High level of English (at least Upper-intermediate)

Nice to have:

• Previous design, engineering, art, or QA work experience

• Experience with the UnrealEngine

• Project Management certifications such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban.

• Expert with project management development tools (MS Project, JIRA. MS Office, Shotgun, etc.)
