If a new employee comes to Cyprus from another country, we help them to move smoothly and try to minimize their stress. We manage all the issues with work permit, assist with purchase of hardware and delivery of personal belongings.

We are looking for an Office Administration/Relocation Specialist. At this position you will maintain office life and solve employee relocation tasks. You will organize comfort, handle procurement processes and deal with legal questions.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
  • Management of the office administrative processes and their continuous improvement.

  • Fast and efficient solution finding of day-to-day and emergency administrative issues of the company.

  • Organization of events in Cyprus.

  • Assistance with employees relocation in Cyprus: from departure from their country to obtaining a work permit.

  • Optimization and automation of the goods procurement, services and works provision, as well as of the office expenditure control.

  • Document management.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Experience of interaction with the banks, migration service, utility providers, real estate agents.

  • Cash handling skills (keeping a checkbook, preparing reports for accounting).

  • Knowledge of languages: English, Greek, Russian (Intermediate).

  • Confident user of Microsoft Excel.

  • Decency, good communication skills, attentiveness, proactivity, responsibility, ability to meet deadlines.

IT WOULD BE COOL IF YOU HAVE:

  • Event management experience.

  • Experience in working with lawyers in preparing documents for obtaining residence permits for third-country nationals.

  • Experience of working in an IT company.

  • Ability to set up administration processes to enhance the company development.
