• Create a high-quality gaming experience for millions of players

• Development of new game concepts

• Development of new game mechanics, events, Live Ops

• Analysis and improvement of existing game features

• Writing and maintaining GD documentation

• Analysis and balancing of game levels

• Create, maintain and customize the design of the game economy to maximize revenue

• Check the work done by the team for compliance with the described requirements and quality

• Cooperation with other departments (development, art, analytics)

• Check and give feedback on the work done by art department

• Daily analysis of games metrics

• Formation of analytical reports on the results of the update

• Formation and testing of hypotheses

• Competitor analysis and market research

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience developing and publishing high-quality games

• 1+ year of experience in Match 3 games development

• Deep understanding of system game design: monetization, events and other areas

• Deep knowledge and ability to analyze large data sets and draw conclusions from them

• Be good at math

• Deep comprehensive knowledge in the field of casual mobile games

• Understanding how to monetize in Free to Play games

• Ability to write quality documentation

• Ability to clearly and distinctly express your opinion and communicate your ideas orally and in writing

• Responsibility, ability to work in a team and desire to learn

• Skills to provide accurate project estimates and meet the deadlines

• Adaptability, flexibility and multitasking

• Ability to justify decisions in terms of gaming experience and project needs
