We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, cross-functional collaboration, and keeping projects on track from concept to completion.

You will work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute marketing projects and campaigns from start to finish

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including content, design, and digital

• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements

• Track project progress and ensure deadlines and budgets are met

• Identify risks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular status updates

• Manage campaign workflows and improve processes for efficiency and scalability

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels

• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization

• Prepare and deliver weekly reports on project status, performance, and key metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in project management within a marketing environment

• Fluent English proficiency is required (written and spoken)

• Proven experience in the iGaming industry or closely related niches is required

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Experience with marketing channels (digital, social, content, email, etc.)

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira)

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Nice to have

• Project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar)

• Experience in agency or high-growth startup environments

• Understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics
