Marketing Motion designer (After Effects)

Currently, we are looking for a Motion designer to join our offices in  Warsaw 🇵🇱, or in  Kyiv 🇺🇦 or remotely on a full-time basis.

Our customer is a game development studio built by Game Industry veterans aiming to provide entertainment for millions of active users across the World. 

You will be on a mission to create the world's best mobile games, and have fun while doing it, and set out to create delightful, memorable casual games that players can enjoy for years.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Creating high-quality marketing ads and videos using After Effects, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing goals. 

• Developing concepts, storyboards, and scripts for marketing campaigns in collaboration with the creative team

• Implementing engaging animations, transitions, and visual effects to enhance the impact of marketing materials. 

• Integrating typography and motion graphics into video projects to enhance storytelling. 

• Adapting and optimizing video content for different platforms, including social media, websites, and digital advertising. 

• Working directly with art directors and product owners, adjusting to the project’s technical and production needs.

• Creating documentation, conducting market research on competitors, and suggesting potential innovation avenues in motion design. 

• Collaborating and communicating with other visual designers and developers to ensure that all features and systems work as intended. Maintaining high-quality standards for all projects.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• At least 2-3 years of experience in motion design and animation - a must. 

• High-quality portfolio showcasing examples of marketing ads and videos. 

• Excellent knowledge of After Effects 

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written - a must. 

• Versatile and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment where speed and innovation are key. 

• Efficient in designing and animating visual content. 

• Goal-oriented team player with a proven ability to meet deadlines and milestones. 

• A good grasp of key art and design fundamentals such as color, perspective, composition, and shape language. 

• Experience with 3D software (Maya, Blender) - advantage. 

• Familiarity with game engines and the game development process - advantage. 

• Understanding of rendering, post-effects, rigging, and animation - advantage.
