We are looking to strengthen our in-house marketing team. The Marketing Manager will manage both in-house and outsourced marketing studios and creators, expand the marketing team, create and implement the marketing strategy for current and future products. This role is crucial for the healthy growth of the company as you will take part in decision making in regards to the future marketing and partnerships directions.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Marketing Strategy - Design, execute, and oversee Marketing strategies for all games under HyperVR portfolio based on established KPIs. Create and execute strategies on different platforms for full title releases, updates, and promotions.
Release management, promotions management.Department supervision - Oversee all Marketing activities, Lead the Marketing department CM, design. Be Marketing POC for external titles and oversee.
Public Relations: Establish relationships with creators, manage commissions, and monitor the performance of influencer campaigns. Create and update press kits, write press releases, and distribute them to relevant media outlets. Manage the presence of HyperVR portfolio games at various events, showcases, and award ceremonies.
Store Page Management / Brand Management - Oversee branding of all titles across different platforms, including creative assets (key arts, trailers) and game descriptions. Manage positioning of titles through genre assignment and optimization of keywords.
Performance tracking and reporting - Create clear reports that outline the performance of the department and the different activities included in it.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
5+ years of experience in relevant areas of Marketing within the gaming industry;
Experience leading teams will be taken into account;
Experience in growth environments like startups will be taken into account;
Experience with Meta Quest, PlayStation, and Steam platforms will be taken into account;
Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English.
Nice to have:
Experience in VR gaming industry;
Experience in mobile game Marketing;
Experience with User Acquisition in different platforms (TikTok, Meta Ads, Google/YouTube Ads);
Experience in PR (Media Relations, Influencer Marketing).
