Level/Game Designer

Infinite Plus is a young PC/Console game development company with an experienced team of game developers & publishers.

As part of a small but growing team, and in collaboration with teams abroad, you'll be involved in exciting projects with great potential.

 We're looking for an experienced Level/Game Designer for our new creation, a cartoonish platformer for PC & consoles.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

* Conceptualize, design and create game levels under the direction of the Creative Director.

* Integrate levels into the engine, then tune and debug them to ensure a high-quality player experience.

* Collaborate with the Creative Director to come up with innovative ideas and new game mechanics.

* Prototype these mechanics.

* Document the chosen mechanics and work closely with the development team to implement them in the levels.

* Work closely with the Art team to design environments that are balanced, readable and at the benefit of the player's experience.

* Validate environment playability.

* Create and maintain up-to-date documentation under the direction of the Creative Director.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

* You have 4 years of similar experience and 2 game releases to your credit

* Strong knowledge of Game Design and Level Design (gameplay, learning curve, staging, difficulty, balancing, rhythm, reward, accessibility)

* Mastery of Unity - in editing & prototyping.

* You are creative, analytical, autonomous and rigorous.

* You have a good ability to illustrate your intentions.

* You are organized and enjoy teamwork.

* You speak English.

* Good understanding of best practices in platform games.

* A broad gaming culture.
