1. Create, assess, re-balance, and fine-tune new and existing levels to ensure engaging gameplay experiences.
2. Collaborate with other designers to maintain level consistency across all titles.
3. Actively participate in creative discussions regarding feature reviews and new feature design initiatives.
4. Work closely with programmers, artists, and other team members to effectively implement level designs.
5. Stay informed about match-3 game market trends, analyze competitor level designs, and implement strategies to uphold the game's competitiveness.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Visual Arts, Technical Research, or related fields preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in match-3 games level design, with a track record of successful projects.
3. Strong understanding of game balancing and pacing principles.
Enthusiastic and eager to grow as a level designer.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Be willing to work in ShenZhen, China.
