Lead UI Designer (R&D)

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Working on an Adventure genre project with casual style graphics

• Supporting and developing the project's UI/UX style

• Teaching and managing the project UI team 

• Participating in the integration of processes aimed at improving the project's UI efficiency

• Working closely with the project product team on key tasks

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• At least 2 years of work in a similar position in game companies

• Released casual genre game projects in portfolio

• Understanding of all aspects of UI/UX production and subsequent development phases

• Ability to develop project UI style from scratch

• Confident understanding of UX

• Experience with management and leading a team

• Experience working with Unity and other game engines

What we'd like:

• Confident knowledge of 2D and experience with 3D

• Experience building and implementing processes to improve project development efficiency

• Experience working on Adventure games and other projects with similar gameplay
