To improve our current results and reach new heights, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Lead UA Manager.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Developing and implementing a strategy to attract new users to mobile games (hyper-casual and casual);

• Coordinating and developing the UA team;

• Conducting marketing research and tests;

• Analyzing the effectiveness and optimizing advertising campaigns based on established KPIs;

• Maintaining communication with key partners in English;

• Interacting with product, creative, analytics, and monetization teams.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• At least 4 years of experience in game development (hyper-casual and casual);

• At least 2 years of experience in a Lead UA position;

• Experience with traffic in Unity, AppLovin, IronSource, Mintegral, FB, Google Ads, etc.;

• Knowledge and understanding of key marketing metrics;

• Experience with large advertising budgets;

• Knowledge of SKAN and how to work with it;

• Upper Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency;

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Spreadsheets.
