Lead Backend Developer

We are looking for a Lead Backend Developer for an unannounced fantasy action multiplayer game for PC/PlayStation/XBox based on Unreal Engine 5.

We are looking for a talented professional who is ready to take on the challenge and help us to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, working closely with the design and development team.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Lead the backend development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality code.

• Architect and implement scalable and reliable systems using Golang.

• Ensure the team's adherence to best coding practices, code reviews, and continuous integration processes.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering development.

• Proven experience in leading technical teams and driving projects to completion, at least 2 years.

• Strong expertise in Golang with at least 3 years of professional experience.

• Understanding and experience working with both relational (Postgres, MySql, etc) and non-relational databases. Ability to design solutions considering storage requirements. 

• Profound knowledge of Kubernetes and hands-on experience with AWS.

• Experience with Agones and OpenMatch will be a plus.

• A strong understanding of game backend architecture and associated challenges.
