✔ Develop and implement innovative CRM strategies focused on player retention
✔ Design, test, and optimize high-impact campaigns (email, push notifications, SMS, bonus programs)
✔ Analyze player behavior and effectively segment audiences to drive engagement
✔ Manage retention metrics (LTV, Churn Rate, ARPU, etc.), deliver daily reports, set actionable goals, and achieve them
✔ Collaborate closely with creative and product teams to ensure aligned strategies
✔ Oversee call center operations to maintain top-tier customer experience
✔ Stay ahead of industry trends and engagement mechanics to enhance player satisfaction
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
🔹 At least 2 years of experience in CRM/Retention within iGaming
🔹 In-depth understanding of the iGaming market, bonus systems, and loyalty mechanics
🔹 Strong experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making
🔹 Proficiency in analyzing data, generating reports, and forecasting
🔹 Fluent in English (B2+), with Spanish or Portuguese as a plus to engage our diverse LATAM audience
🔹 Preferably located in LATAM countries or Western Europe.
