Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

Working on various casual game projects, contributing to the development and design across multiple genres.
Handling Live Ops, including the creation and launch of new events and activities for already released products, followed by an analysis of their success.
Staying up-to-date with the Casual Games market, including trends, mechanics, and audience preferences, to make informed design decisions.
Balancing game systems, including economy, progression, and combat mechanics.
Working with F2P monetization, integrating key monetization methods into the economic system of mobile games.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

3+ years of experience in game development, preferably in Casual or Hybrid Casual genres.
Strong knowledge of Live Ops processes, with the ability to create, launch, and analyze in-game events and activities.
Deep understanding of the Casual Games market, including current trends, game mechanics, and target audience preferences.
Skills in balancing game economy, progression, and combat systems.
Solid experience in working with F2P monetization, with the ability to incorporate monetization strategies into game development.
