Head of Slots

You are an iGaming geek. Creating and developing exciting games is your passion. You like to think outside the box. You have a solid track record of developing and launching slots. You have a good knowledge of the iGaming market, its trends and rules.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Teamwork on creating slot concepts and launching them

• Maintaining a high artistic style, assisting artists in creating moodboards and controlling art at all stages

• Responsibility for all stages of slot development

• Managing the team from the beginning of development to the release of the game

• Planning releases in advance and adherence to the pipeline

• Formation of the slots department team

• Creating detailed and clear written documents, guidelines and specifications for game design (GDD, GSD) and development

• Working with feedback, improving games and the slot engine

• Organization of high-quality testing of games and playtests

• Responsibility for the creation of promotional materials, presentations, and sets for the release

• Cooperation with marketing, business analytics, and sales departments

• Participate in quality assurance and game certification processes

• Evaluate new games and features in terms of usability and performance

• Research, play and learn casino and mobile games to stay abreast of market trends and competition

• Perform other tasks as required

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 3+ years of experience in slot game management

• Understanding of the iGaming market, jurisdictions, trends and regulatory bodies

• Understanding of math and game design of games

• Understanding of player psychology

• Understanding of cross-platform gaming and usability

• Excellent creative skills and ability to think outside the box

• Highly organized, with experience developing multiple games and completing tasks in tight deadlines

• Experience with progress and bug tracking systems such as Jira

• Excellent written and spoken English language skills

• Leadership skills and no fear of getting your hands dirty

• Excellent teamwork skills and ability to adapt

• Obligatory knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian, at least on a conversational level

• Knowledge of English is required

Preferred experience:

• Slot nerd or iGaming geek

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and keep up to date with gaming trends, developments and standards

• The role will initially be remote, but preference will be given to candidates based in Lisbon (Portugal) and/or who are able to relocate

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in game development in the iGaming industry
