About the role:

We are looking for a Game Designer with 3+ years of experience, who has focused on working with existing level mechanics and implementing new ones, has worked closely with the difficulty and level progression curves, and has delved deeply into level metrics and analytics.

This is a cross-project role, you will work with different titles inside SGStudio - our internal studio at SayGames.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
  • Manage and prioritize the LD mechanics backlog.

  • Create and validate concepts for new features.

  • Approve technical tasks for the team.

  • Organizing and overseeing the development of new LD mechanics.

  • Participating in the visual and technical implementation of game features.

  • Setting up and analyzing A/B tests and experiments related to levels.

  • Formulating new hypotheses.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
  • 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer in mobile f2p games and hybrid casual/casual genres.

  • Experience in creation and management of documentation:

  • - Concepts

  • - Game Design Document (GDD)

  • - Balance tables

  • Experience in supporting of feature development from concept to release.

  • Experience with tuning the level curve.

  • Understanding key metrics of a game product and levels, ability to propose hypotheses for A/B testing.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience as a Feature Owner / Lead.
