Game Ballance Designer (part-time)

Elephant Games is an international gaming company whose history began in 2003. Over this time, we have released over 100 hidden object games on PC, Mac, and Android. The geography of our team ranges from India to Argentina. Currently, we are actively working on creating our own IPs, experimenting with different genres, mechanics, and monetization models.

We are looking for an experienced Ballance Game Designer to work with our project Idle Defender (part-time).

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Improving balance to increase LTV, retention, and reduce player churn.

• Maintaining documentation in spreadsheet format.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Version control systems (Git).

• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.

• Task trackers (ClickUp/Jira/Asana).

• Documentation systems (Confluence/Notion).

• Analytics systems (Dev2Dev, Amplitude).

• Сonversational skills in Russian.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience iterating balance (successfully improving metrics - retention and/or LTV).

• Experience working as a Middle Balance Designer or higher in mid-core projects.

• Gaming experience in Tower Defense.
