Wielkość i struktura zespołu?
Future Executive Producer will report to the GM or CEO of Gaming. Gaming BU consists of 32 people: UA, ASO, Product, Monetization, Support, AM.
Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Gather and organize Product, Monetization, and UA data (current, historical and competitors) into a centralized system.
Actively lead and manage cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies to drive measurable improvements on a regular basis.
Oversee high-level multiple apps simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and objectives.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and results.
Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders regarding project updates and strategic initiatives.
Provide leadership and direction to align goals across departments.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
Minimum 7 years in mobile gaming production, with at least 3 years working on casual board, card, word games with ad monetization.
Strong data analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent project management skills, with experience in tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
Deep understanding of the casual gaming market, including product, monetization, and UA strategies.
