Position: Esports Operations Leader
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in esports operations, with a proven track record in organizing tournaments or similar events.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead our Esports Operations unit. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the strategic direction of our esports division and drive excellence in operations, event management, and team collaboration.

1. Strategic Planning

2. Develop and implement the operational strategy for the esports division, aligning with company objectives and industry trends.

3. Team Management

4. Lead, mentor, and manage the esports operations team to ensure effective collaboration and optimal performance.

5. Event Coordination

6. Oversee the planning and execution of esports events, including tournaments, leagues, and promotional activities, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional participant experiences.

7. Budget Management

8. Prepare and oversee budgets for esports initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and accountability.

9. Marketing and Promotion

10. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies that enhance visibility and engagement in esports activities.

11. Data Analysis

12. Analyze performance metrics and operational data to drive informed decision-making and improve esports initiatives' efficiency.

13. Compliance and Policies

14. Ensure all esports operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, maintaining a fair and competitive environment.
