English Proficiency: You must have an excellent command of the English language, be comfortable thinking in English, and able to process large volumes of text in English daily
Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within hospitality, retail, logistics, or IT support
Empathy: A natural ability to understand and share the feelings of others is essential, if you don’t genuinely enjoy helping people, this isn’t the right role for you
Location Requirement: Please note that we will not consider applications from candidates currently residing in Russia
Experience working with ZenDesk is highly desirable, but not a must

Respond to customer inquiries via email and messages with efficiency and genuine care, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction (no phone calls)
Work closely with internal teams (Logistics, Marketing, Product) to provide accurate information and solutions to our customers

Have fun working in our somewhat chaotic, yet super friendly and warm environment
