Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
  •  resolving problems with our games reported through the player support center, support for the players;

  •  responding to their messages through the social network, e-mails, and chat;

  •  gathering players’ opinions and supporting the developers during making improvements to the games based on the aforementioned opinions;

  •  monitoring and moderating previously mentioned communication platforms;

  •  building the customer support team from scratch.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
  • Excellent knowledge of social networking and netiquette;

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving;

  •  Ability to understand the dynamics of new features and player needs;

  • Experience identifying proprietary or off-the-shelf tools to increase efficiency;

  • Workflow improvement experience;

  • Practical application of workflow improvement methodologies;

  • Experience handling complex customer support areas;

  •  Proven track record in process efficiency improvement;

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, sound judgment, and excellent multi-tasking and time management abilities;

  • Understanding that our players are the most important customer passion for video games and knowledge of the mobile and social casino game market;
