In order to elevate our current results and achieve new milestones, we are expanding our team and are currently seeking a Creative Producer.

• Gatunek: Gry hyper codzienni, Gry codzienni, Gry strzelanki, Gry logiczni
• Platformy : iOS, Android

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Generating and testing new hypotheses for mobile game creatives;

• Controlling all stages of creative production (ideation, writing briefs, art direction, iteration, collecting and analyzing results);

• Analyzing the results of advertising campaigns;

• Developing creative ideas and refining them based on results obtained;

• Participating in brainstorming sessions for generating new hypotheses;

• Monitoring competitors and major trends in the mobile games market.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Experience in game development;

• Experience with casual puzzle, shooter and hyper-casual games;

• Developed sense of taste, style, and composition;

• Ability to work on multiple projects;

• Understanding of creative development specifics;

• Knowledge of basic marketing metrics (CTR, CPI, LTV, etc.);

• Experience working with UA, Motion, Design teams;

• Experience with analytical systems;

• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
