Core Game Designer

Strikerz Inc. is a videogame-creating collective and an international gaming brand launched in 2016 by a handful of people involved with online football. Currently, there are 250+ of us spread over 5 regional offices in various locations across Europe or working from home (yes, we love it too). Strikerz Inc. is the force behind the UFL, the ongoing online football videogame revolution. Being fans, we aim at offering our players an unprecedented gaming experience available on all major platforms.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

We are looking for a Game Designer to boost the Core Gameplay Team. The team is working on the heart of the game, designing ideas for smooth functionality and breathtaking gaming experiences for every UFL player.

In this role you will create and support technical documentation, participate in the creation and development of new features and mechanics, and improve existing game mechanics. You will work directly with the animation system and Unreal Engine 5.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Game Designer;

• Knowledge of Football domain and rules, passion for Football and football simulators;

• Experience in creation and support of technical documentation;

• Portfolio with examples of documentation, concepts and/or released projects;

• Ability to analyze game mechanics and provide data-driven adjustments;

• Ability to clearly state your thoughts in writing when creating technical documentation;

• Experience with Unreal Engine 4 / Unreal Engine 5;

• Strong mathematical skills, clear understanding of Boolean logic;

• Extensive gaming experience on major gaming consoles;

• Good gaming experience and and clear understanding of MMO projects’ mechanics.
