Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in gamedev, is looking for experienced and proactive COO for one of our client, game studio.
Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Development and implementation of business strategies, plans and procedures;
Set comprehensive goals to ensure company performance and growth;
Establish policies that promote the culture and vision of the company;
Supervise the daily operations of the company and the work of managers (IT, marketing, sales, finance, etc.);
Lead employees by encouraging maximum performance and dedication;
Measure performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics;
Compile and submit reports to the CEO on all important matters;
Assist the CEO in raising funds;
Engage in expansion activities;
Manage relationships with partners/clients/contractors;
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
Proven experience in a COO position in game development;
Deep understanding of business functions such as marketing, HR, Biz dev, etc.
Competencies in strategic planning and business development;
English C1-C2;
Would be a plus
Possibility of business trips
Knowledge in psychology
