Community manager (KZ / RU)

Garena - is an international online game developer and publisher. Our portfolio of published games includes such well-known titles as League of Legends, Call of Duty Mobile, Arena of Valor. We always strive to bring new and exciting experiences to our players, so at this point, we are strengthening our CIS publishing team and looking for a Community Manager to work with communities of our ambitious games.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Work with several team functions to create content

• Define strategies and initiatives to grow the number of user base for relevant social media channels and deliver accordingly

• Define strategies and initiatives to keep people engaged with the community and content for relevant social media channels and deliver accordingly

• Be able to localize content and operate as per the product’s marketing strategies

• Be able to handle community crisis

• Define content strategy for the social media channels

• Manage a team of the community to deliver initiatives as planned

• Monitor channels performance and report

• Actively seek for mass trends in the market and customize to the channels

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• BSc degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, or relevant field

• Proven work experience as a community manager (preferably)

• Experience launching community initiatives

• Sense of understanding community preferences and of catching trends in the market

• Excellent verbal communication skills and excellent writing skills in English and Russian

• Hands-on experience with social media management for brands

• Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics

• Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
