Community lead and creative lead for a leading mobile game title in the CIS region

Free Fire, Garena’s self developed mobile battle royale title, was the most downloaded mobile game globally in 2019 and 2020. Garena is a subsidiary of Sea, a global consumer internet company listed on the NYSE.
Job Description
Lead a game’s community team in planning its social media strategy/initiatives, with the objectives of:
Growing social media followers, reach, and engagement
Monitoring and reporting important community sentiments and issues
Spearhead the brainstorming and planning of new and innovative creative marketing campaigns to support different functions (ex. product features, revenue, KOLs)
Work closely with other members of the marketing team and external parties (ex. agencies) for execution
Oversee the game’s communications plan, along with the design and production of all creative assets
Craft a communications plan to users that is clear, engaging, and aligned with the project’s objectives
Work closely with the design team and other core functions to ensure consistency and a high standard of quality of branding and attractiveness for all creative assets (including but not limited to in-game banners, social media banners, videos, and copywriting)
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
Fluent in English and Russian
Bachelor’s degree, equivalent or above
At least 1-3 years relevant experience in marketing and/or social media and community management. Leadership and project management experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of Russian and CIS gamers’ (especially mobile gamers’) behaviors, charactersitics, and preferences
Up to date on the latest marketing and social media trends for the Russian and CIS market
