We are looking for a one and only Business Partnership Manager to join the Growth Team in Moscow. The focus is on onboarding & nurturing major mobile and gaming clients in Eastern Europe. This role implies deep diving into customer business and developing tailored strategies, using broad TikTok's ad solutions portfolio.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

1. Establish contact & build partnerships with top prospects in Utility Apps, Casual & Core Games domains

2. Conduct insightful regular meetings to propel fruitful, long-term cooperation

3. Achieve personal sales targets by helping clients reach their performance objectives

Campaign Planning and Execution

1. Supervise ad campaign launch from start to finish

2. Facilitate internal account operations including account set up etc.

3. Plan and draw up compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customized to business needs

Cross functional collaboration

1. Work with B2B Marketing team, on market analysis & compiling industry narratives

2. Work with Client Solutions team to provide best in market, value-oriented service

3. Work with Product team, on customer feedback and suggestions for enhancing ad solutions & tools

4. Work with Sales Management team on risk control matters and building healthy client portfolio.

5. Work with other cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and provide consistent business growth.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
  • A go-getter with an inherent desire to learn new skills & hone digital expertise

  • BA/BS degree or above.

  • 2-4 years of digital marketing experience

  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams - marketing, product, customer solutions.

  • Strong understanding of Eastern European G&A market landscape and developing trends.

  • Great verbal and written English (B2) & Russian (C2) communication skills.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
