Stakeholder Engagement

• Collecting requirements from business stakeholders and technical teams

• Conducting workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to define business needs

Competitor Analysis

• Conducting detailed analysis of competitors in the ERP and AI solutions market

• Studying competitors' features, architectures, and strategies

• Preparing comparative reports and providing recommendations for incorporating unique features

• Continuously monitoring the market for emerging trends and innovations

Requirement Gathering & Documentation

• Analyzing business processes and translating them into technical requirements

• Creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and functional specifications

• Developing process flow diagrams

Business Process Optimization

• Identifying opportunities to automate and enhance business processes through ERP and AI solutions

• Implementing optimizations based on data insights and intelligent predictions

AI Integration

• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to define AI-driven features such as predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and intelligent workflows

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Data Analysis:

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
Familiarity with querying tools (e.g., SQL)

• Requirement Documentation:

Experience creating business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams

• Tools:

Experience with collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence

Will be a plus

• ERP Knowledge:

Understanding of major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or custom ERP systems)
Hands-on experience with modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or CRM

• AI Knowledge:

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, their applications, and limitations
Knowledge of AI-powered functionalities such as predictive analytics, intelligent automation, or natural language processing within ERP contexts
