Senior Programmer

👉 We're on the intensive lookout for a talented Game Economy Designer to support us in creating another mobile boxing experience.

As a Game Economy Designer, you will work closely with the Game Designers and the Game Director, taking charge of the project's economic direction throughout the entire lifecycle — from pre-production and production to launch and LiveOps.

Approx. 20 team members

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Work closely with development team to design, prototype and implement game features.

•  Focus on the specific game areas like game mechanics, animations, controls, modes, multiplayer and AI.

• Take ownership to ensure that features and systems implemented are presented at quality within the game experience.

• Review code, provide constructive feedback and suggestions for (not only) code improvements.

• Mentor less experienced colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Shipped at least 2 titles and 5+ years game industry experience.

• Vast professional experience with Unity and multiplatform development.

• Deep understanding of C# and experience with ECS.

• Experience with scripting, working with animations and shaders.

• Multiplayer development experience and in-game AI development experience.

• Understanding of mathematical concepts needed in game development.

• UI development experience.

• Experience with Git or other version control systems, understanding of branching policies and workflow.

❤️ A genuine interest in playing games. A love for games with deep engaging combat as well as a passion for martial arts is a big bonus!

👌A really nice-to-have: experience with Quantum Engine as RB3 multiplayer uses that technology.
