We are looking for an experienced Web Analyst to help build our web analytics from scratch and set up the necessary analytical systems.

🧲 Magnetics is a Ukrainian product marketing agency specializing in UX/UI, frontend development, marketing research, product marketing, media advertising, and affiliate marketing. The company was founded in 2014.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

📌 Set up and maintain web analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Hotjar): - Data collection and validation, event hierarchy and attribution setup, traffic channel attribution, configuration of triggers, tags, custom events, and custom JavaScript.

📌 Develop reports and dashboards in Looker Studio for monitoring and analysis.
📌 Conduct web analytics and A/B testing (monitoring, identifying anomalies and growth points, drawing insights from tests).
📌 Collaborate with the product team to support decision-making and improve the product.
📌 Participate in building the analytical database and end-to-end analytics.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

◾️ 2+ years of experience as a Web Analyst
◾️ Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Hotjar, and Looker Studio
◾️ Experience with A/B testing
◾️ Understanding of CRO, UX patterns, and behavioral metrics
◾️ Intermediate SQL skills

Would be a plus:

◾️ Experience with A/B testing (additional emphasis)
◾️ Experience with SEO analytics and Google Search Console
◾️ Experience with Google BigQuery (GBQ)
◾️ Experience with BI tools (Tableau)
