На які завдання (обов'язки)?

Operations
— review of current situation in the product, give feedback to business with several solutions;
— team management and structuring;
— cooperation with HR and recruitment to plan hires and provides technical
interviews/reviews and 1:1 with team members;
— regular sync up with business/product owner to follow plans and prioritize the steps;
— the experienced CTO can help the team grow and develop. To achieve better results, a CTO has to give the employees the necessary feedback.

Technical
— choose and implement tech stack follow the business needs;
— to be responsible for any technology-related issue.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

— 5+ years of experience in managing software development projects, mostly in B2C products;
— excellent communication skills as must for all С-level roles;
— you could always provides several variants on how to fulfill the tasks;
— It’s always important to think about the effectiveness of the architecture.
