Due to the business expansion, we are looking for a Senior Unity Developer to join our Production Team.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Architect, implement, and optimize gameplay systems in Unity/C#;

• Rapidly prototype features and run internal playtests;

• Develop reusable modules for future VR projects;

• Integrate VR frameworks (e.g., XR Interaction Toolkit);

• Debug, profile, and enhance performance and stability;

• Collaborate in design brainstorms and shape product vision;

• Ensure controls and game mechanics deliver top-tier UX;

• Contribute proactive ideas for technical and process improvements.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 5+ years of experience in game development;

• Solid C# + Unity development background;

• Experience shipping Unity-based titles;

• Hands-on experience with gameplay systems, shaders, and optimization;

• Strong problem-solving skills and a self-driven mindset;

• Passion for games and creating polished experiences;

• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals;

• Strong understanding of user experience and interaction design;

• English (for daily communication & documentation).

NICE TO HAVE:

• Unity VR frameworks (XR Interaction Toolkit, AutoHands, etc.);

• Shader development (HLSL);

• Animation tools like DoTween / PrimeTween;

• Experience with Meta Horizon SDK or remote config systems.
