Senior Game Programmer

We are currently looking for a Mid-High Level Programmer to create amazing player experiences and top-quality gameplay in Unreal Engine 5 and Unity 5 for AAA games. 

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

As a Mid-High Level programmer, you will design, implement, optimize, and maintain core game systems and engine-level functionality for our new projects. You will solve challenging technical problems and contribute to building scalable game frameworks and tools. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement core game systems and engine functionality using Unreal Engine 5 and Unity (combat system, AI, UI, growth & progression).

2. Develop and modify UE5 game framework and customize engine modules based on project requirements.

3. Solve technical challenges in UE5 and Unity to ensure code quality, stability, performance, and scalability.

4. Optimize game performance, including rendering, networking, AI, and cross-platform optimizations (PC, console, mobile).

5. Work closely with design, art, and backend teams to implement and improve game features.

6. Participate in code reviews, technical planning, documentation, and agile development processes.

7. Mentor junior engineers and help build engineering best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience with Unreal Engine (UE5) and Unity, with extensive C++ skill.

• Experience with shipping AAA games on consoles (Xbox, Nintendo, Playstation) or mobile (Android, iOS)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines and teams in English.
