• Creating various art assets (illustrations, banners, icons, concepts) that you will create as part of the full graphics development cycle, from concept art to final graphics.

• Experience working in the video game industry

• A portfolio that includes concept art and final graphics for in-game objects

• Adobe Photoshop and Blender skills

• Artistic taste — a feeling for color and the ability to work with composition, proportions, and lighting

• Creativity and experience creating high-quality final graphics

• An understanding of the casual art style and a willingness to work in this style

• An understanding of the role art plays in UIs

• An interest in learning how to use new technology, experience using AI in your work
