We are expanding our team and looking for a Recruiter with experience in the gaming industry.

This includes engaging PC and Console games, immersive AR/VR experiences, and captivating mobile games.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Manage the complete recruitment process, including talent sourcing, conducting interviews, and facilitating contract signing.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and create job descriptions.

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

• Assist in onboarding.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in full-cycle recruitment, within the game development industry.

• Strong understanding of game development roles and the skills required for these positions.

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms.

• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
