As a Recruiter with the PLUMMY team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting talented individuals who are passionate about the gaming industry. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop strategies to fill positions effectively and efficiently.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to pre-boarding.
Track and report on key recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Якого професіонала шукаємо?
2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within IT or GameDev.
Proven track record of successfully filling positions promptly.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Nice to have: A background in human resources or organizational psychology.
