Beatshapers creates game products for companies worldwide in-house from beginning to end and develops our own cutting-edge internal projects.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

Responsibilities:

• Manages cross-functional team

• Helps the team improve and takes responsibility for their actions

• Ensures the development of games through all stages of production: concept, mock-up, alpha, beta, final

• Facilitates meetings - Facilitates all team meetings, including (where applicable) the Daily Stand-up, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, and Iteration Retrospective

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

Requirements:

• Practical Project manager / Scrum Master experience in middle / large scale projects (at least for 1+ year)

• Upper-intermediate English

• Game development experience 2+ years

• Familiarity with Agile principles (like Scrum)

• Understanding of software development lifecycle

• Strong knowledge of Scrum frameworks and an understanding of the Scrum Master role

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Experience with issue tracking and content collaboration systems (like Jira, and Trello Confluence)

• Familiar with Risk Management principles

• Flexibility and emotional maturity
