На які завдання (обов'язки)?

As a Project Manager, you will work with core team members to ensure the delivery of the highest quality games. You facilitate processes, methods, and tools to deliver the game project following the best practices established by Plure.

What you will do:

• Coordinate and optimize the work of the production team, including prioritizing tasks, identifying risks, and proposing solutions to keep to the project schedule and budget;

• Assist in the development of schedules that translate project goals into action and work to ensure the success of the project;

• Structure and facilitate document management;

• Maintain project trackers through Jira;

• Propose, implement and facilitate process improvements;

• Take meeting notes and communicate them to all relevant parties;

• Carry out routine daily tasks and procedures of the project; 

• Coordinate with studio teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the production team.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• You have project management experience (with at least a couple of shipped projects);

• You have previous gamedev experience (is a must);

• You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and excellent multitasking skills;

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, Powerpoint);

• You have experience working with project management software (Jira, WRIKE, Workfront);

• You have excellent presentation, organization, time management, and communication skills.
