Product Manager (China)

Location: China (Only candidates residing in China will be considered)

Hungry Minds Publishing is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of new products. This role is much more than just on-the-ground operations — it requires a strategic thinker who can drive decision-making, manage production processes, and take full responsibility for delivering high-quality results.

• Develop product concepts based on ideas and visions from the team

• Collaborate with top management to refine and approve key decisions

• Take ownership of decision-making and ensure successful outcomes

• Identify and establish partnerships with Chinese factories and suppliers to produce prototypes

• Oversee the prototyping process and ensure the product is ready for launch

• Evaluate factories’ production capabilities, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements

• Maintain clear and transparent communication between the company and manufacturing partners

• Source and sign contracts with book printing factories as we expand into new local markets

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• You must reside in China (applications from outside China will not be considered)

• Fluent in Chinese (must be capable of handling negotiations)

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (for clear communication with the international team)

• Experience working with the Chinese market, with deep understanding of supplier relations

• Understanding of electronics and manufacturing technologies (preferred but not mandatory)

• Strong project management skills, from initial concept to final product

• Ability to make independent decisions and take full responsibility for results

• Willingness to travel to countries where we are entering new markets
