🔓 Talents Unlocked is a full-cycle game development HR agency. 🔓

Currently, we are helping one of our clients find a Middle Unity Developer. A bit about our client: 🗣️ This game studio has been around for over 6 years and is part of a Japanese corporation. They have released two games, have a stable stream of investments, and have big plans for development. The team works fully remotely, doesn't have a strict schedule, and dislikes corporate formalities. They value not only hard skills but also how well a future employee can integrate into their cultural code. 🕹️ Game genres: strategy, wargame, RPG, battlers 🪨 Platforms: mobile, PC, consoles

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

🤺 Tasks:

Developing game features, interfaces, and game logic using Unity 3D (C#) for mobile platforms;
Collaborating with the team to shape the vision of the games;
Keeping up with new technologies and implementing them in projects. 🎲 Expectations:

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

At least 1 year of experience as a Unity Developer;

English proficiency at B1+ level;
Ability to understand and work with existing code;
Experience in profiling and optimizing game products;
Experience with version control systems;
Ability to manage your own work and be proactive;
Regularly play games of various genres and platforms to broaden your perspective;
Willingness to take on diverse tasks rather than sticking to a narrow area of programming;
A bit of an anarchist who dislikes corporate culture;
Have personal projects and be ready to share links to them.
