Program-Ace is looking for a Middle Business Analyst (Metaverse/Web3) to join our dream team 🤗

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

⦁ Analysis of requirements from the client;
⦁ Elaborating and documenting new requirements;
⦁ Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders;
⦁ Technical documentation creating / updating (Use Cases), Functional and Nonfunctional requirements, System Requirements Specification;
⦁ Administrative support for project participants;
⦁ RFP Processing at the pre-sales phase;
⦁ Commercial project activities;
⦁ Development of internal processes and procedures of the company;
⦁ Internal projects specification.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

⦁ Experience working as a Business Analyst for at least 2 years;
⦁ Experience with Blockchain projects;
⦁ Understanding of software development lifecycle;
⦁ Understanding UML, BPMN, Agile, and Scrum;
⦁ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
⦁ Experience in working with requirements, and risk management;
⦁ Excellent communication skills;
⦁ Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English;
⦁ High level of self-organization, and attention to detail;
⦁ Knowledge of management tools (JIRA/Confluence).

Would Be a Plus

⦁ Familiar with BABOK guide;
⦁ Experience with blockchain projects;
⦁ Smart contracts understanding;
⦁ Understanding of blockchain project's lifecycle.
