LiveOps Producer/LiveOps Manager

I'm looking for a LiveOps Producer/LiveOps Manager for an american startup gaming project.

Game: Midcore-focused browser-based first person shooter in super early stages of development. The project is all about building both massive scale games as well as a platform for players and professional creators to mod our first-party games as well as make entirely new games or social experiences on top of our platform.

Requirements:

📈 Planning and budgeting skills;

📈 The ability to optimally and evenly allocate resources for tasks and control the timing of their implementation;

📈 The ability to assess the prospects of the project and propose a plan for the growth of key indicators;

👑 Ability to divide game mechanics according to business goals;

👑 Excellent communication and organizational skills;

👑 Initiative;

👑 Love for games and desire to develop in the gaming industry.

What will be a plus:

🧢 Experience in conducting A/B tests;

🧢 Experience of working with the community;

🎓 Experience in content creation;

🎓 Game design experience;

🎓 Experience in first or third person shooters and understanding of the FTP shooter market;

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

🎩 General experience in GameDev from 2-3 years

🎩 Live-Ops experience in GameDev from 2 year (operation, analytics and improvement of key metrics);

🎩 Experience in making decisions about changes in the project to improve performance: from proposal to performance analytics;
