Lead QA (GameDev)

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Maintain product quality at a high level;

• Manage and optimize performance of team members and identify potential improvements to the overall solution;

• Review the work of the team and help with development and growth;

• Drive the process of identifying, analyzing and reporting defects and solving other problems;

• Create and maintain test cases via TestRail;

• Track and audit software bugs via Jira;

• Maintain engineering documentation and reports;

• Track crash reporting system via Sentry;

• Lead and follow a full bug life cycle.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• You have proven experience in managing QA teams of 3-5 people;

• You are proficient in web/mobile, UI/UX testing, and performance testing;

• You have experience in cross-device and cross-browser testing;

• You have experience working with test documentation;

• You are proficient in working with Jira, TestRail;

• You are proficient in both written and spoken English (at least Intermediate level).

We will treat it as a bonus if:

• You have experience in the gaming industry;

• You are familiar with crash reporting systems: Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.
